MANDER, Paul Henry:
Ann, Casey, Alex, Matthew and families, would like to thank all those that have supported us since the sudden death of a very special, husband, dad, stepdad and grandad. We have been overwhelmed with the kindness of so many people, it has been truly appreciated. A special thank you to St John Ambulance and I.C.U. Christchurch Hospital.
