On February 17, 2024, peacefully at Mercy Hospice, Auckland, aged 50 years. Dearly loved son of Tony and Ruth. Loved brother of Mark, Vaughan and Amy. A Memorial Service will be held at Wellington Central Baptist Church, 46-48 Boulcott Street, Wellington on Tuesday, March 5, at 2.00pm. I met Paul online through our shared interest in sustainable transport advocacy and also met him in person at a rail conference in 2023. He was an amazing human with so much knowledge and insight, full of compassion for others and unafraid to speak truth to power. I feel honoured to have known him. My thoughts are very much with Paul's family.
