O'SULLIVAN, Patrick John;
On Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Christchurch Hospital, after a lengthy illness, aged 80 years. Dearly loved son of the late Jack and Kath. Dearly loved brother of Marie (dec), Tony, Bernadette, John, Brian, and Kevin. Loved by his nieces and nephews and extended families.
