On Monday, September 5, 2016, at Burwood Hospital, Christchurch, in his 77 year. Loved brother of Anne, and Margaret. Loved son of the late Lillian and the late John O'Connell. Dearly loved uncle of Michael, and Denitta, and Chelsea; Donna, Marcus, and Joanne. Loved great-uncle of Shontelle, Damien, Arizona, Alexandria, Cheyenne, Madison, Jessica, Anika, and Daniel. Loved great-uncle of Kaydence, Chloe, and Miah.
''Rest in Peace''
A Requiem Mass for Pat will be held in St Gregory's Catholic Church, 26 Cotswold Ave, Christchurch, on Friday, September 9, 2016, at 11.00am, followed by interment at Waimairi Cemetery, 195 Grahams Rd, Christchurch.
