On Thursday, January 29, 2026, peacefully in Christchurch, aged 71 years. Dearly loved son of the late Ray and Fran, loved husband of Mary Anne, treasured father and father-in-law of Nadia and Slawek, Andrea and Andrew, James and Rachael, loved grandfather of Oliwier, Lexi, Frankie, Roman, Hazel, and Dusty. Requiem Mass for Pat will be celebrated at St Mary's Pro Cathedral, Manchester Street, Christchurch, on Tuesday, February 3 at 1.30pm, followed by interment at Avonhead Memorial Cemetery, 140 Hawthornden Road. Recitation of the Rosary will be held in the church on Monday, February 2 at 5.00pm.
