On July 31, 2016, at Wellington Hospital; aged 44 years. Cherished husband and best friend of Rieko. Loved brother of Roger, Essentia and Deborah. A service for Patrick will be held in Lychgate Chapel, cnr Johnsonville Road and Burgess Road, Johnsonville, on Monday, August 8, 2016, at 2.00pm, followed
by private cremation.
