On May 12, 2025, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Leslie Poultney, and son Mark (dec). Loved wife of the late Fred Toni. A friend to many in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. In lieu of flowers, donations to "Voice of the Martyrs NZ" can be made at the service. The funeral for Pat will be held at Elim Church Belfast Campus, 803 Main North Road, Christchurch on Friday, May 16 at 1.30pm, followed by a private cremation.
