Patricia MORANT Obituary

Peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on Friday, April 10, 2026, after a long illness courageously fought. Beloved wife of Keith (dec), sister and sister-in-law of Margaret and Michael Bain (Brisbane), Graeme Rogers (dec) and Fay, and treasured aunt of Christopher (Sydney), and aunty of Sonia, Nadine, and Anna. Daughter of Margaret and Philip Rogers (both deceased), and much-loved friend and colleague of many and special member and past president of the Canterbury Potters Association. Special thanks to all the Doctors, Nurses, and Carers at ward 6B at Christchurch Hospital and to those from Nurse Maude. A special thanks to Doctor Kern Chai. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Haematology Trust can be made in memory of Trish to the Christchurch Hospital Haematology Trust Fund. In accordance with Trisha's wishes, her body has been bequeathed to the Otago Medical School, therefore there will be no funeral service but a get together to remember Trisha will be arranged at a later date.
