Patricia KERR Obituary
On November 5, 2016, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 84 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Bryan, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Lynda and Alan Butters-Kerr (Perth), Anne and Murray McPhail, John and Mary, Grant and Nancy, treasured grandmother of Courtney, and Tony; Brodie, and Cameron; Sarah and Alice; Will, Lewis and Campbell; a proud great-grandmother of Fyoden, Abriel and Isaac, loved sister of Doug, Joan, Fay, Maureen, Graham, Shirley, Sidney, Lois, June, Murray, Beverley, Gwenda, Wayne, Russell, Sandra, and Helen. Messages to PO Box 33186, Barrington, Christchurch 8244. A Service to celebrate Pat's life will be held at our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Tomorrow (Thursday), at 2.00pm.

I have such wonderful memories of "Mrs Kerr" from our Downing Street days. A lovely caring woman with an infectious giggle. I can still picture her in the kitchen doing the Saturday morning baking for the week - loved the peanut brownies!

A most loved aunty who though I haven't seen in many years always had a place in my heart. I send my deepest condolences to the family. Sadly I'm overseas and will not be able to attend the funeral but will be thinking of you all in this time of great sadness.

I was blessed to have the most caring, kind and accepting Grandma anyone could ever wish for. You were also Grandma to Ryan and very special to him too, and it was very special that you called him your grandson.
You are irreplaceable and have left a big gap in all our lives already. We will all cherish our wonderful memories of you.
