My dearest friend I shall surely miss the years we spent in joyful fellowship with our faith in the Lord Christ, the music the love of our animals, the laughter and your many words of wisdom and encouragement. We are parted for such a short time and then we shall have eternity to renew fellowship once more in His presence where there is fullness of joy

Dear Pat, It is hard to believe that some 50 years have passed since we first met. I was a young Christian, newly minted, saved from outside the church, and like a calf seeking to find its legs, I was filled with the wonder of a new world, a new life, and oh so happy - and clean.
But I was without a foundation, & God sent you into my life to start building that. I am grateful beyond words for your encouragement & wisdom from that time - it has held me in good stead.
I thank you for your patience, grace & example, for keeping me grounded & on a good track.
Thank you for what grew into a friendship that I have always treasured.
I will miss you - but only for a moment.
Until He comes again, I remain yours in Yeshua HaMashiach. David
