Pamela CHEETHAM Obituary

On September 28, 2023, Pamela has gone to be with her Lord and Saviour. Much loved wife of the late Melvyn, dearly loved mother of Nadine, Neil, Adina, Rhonda, and Lyndon. Loved mother-in-law, Nana, Great-Nana and Aunty. Loved sister and sister-in-law, and respected by many friends throughout the world. Greatly missed, our hearts are heavy with sadness, but we know that she is in a better place forever. A special thank you to all those who cared for Pamela especially Wesley Care for all their kindness, compassion and understanding. Messages to c/- the Pamela Cheetham family, PO Box 263, Kaiapoi 7644. A funeral service for Pamela will be held at The Wesley Care Chapel, entrance from Marble Wood Drive, Papanui, on Monday, October 2 at 10.00am, followed by private cremation. Dear loved ones
We were so saddened to hear of the passing of dear Pamela.
We know your hearts will be heavy with sorrow at this time.
Please know that our thoughts are with you.
Family ties are further broken, but for those who loved the Lord as Pamela did, we know it´s not the end. So we send our deepest condolences to you all, and to Pamela, we say "rejoice in glory Pamela, with Melvyn and our Mam and Dad, all who have gone before you".

My memories of Pamela are of a beautiful woman inside and out. She was friendly, warm, kind and hospitable. She looked after us so well when we stayed as children. She treated us to our first ever flight back home instead of taking the ferry. Fond memories of a lovely Christian lady. Thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.
