BLOMQUIST, Pamela Eve:
Pam passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at Parklands Hospital, Christchurch, aged 77 years. She dearly loved her daughters Margaret, Nicola, and Patricia, her grandson Andrew, and great-granddaughter Aaliyah, and Rossi the cat. Messages may be addressed to the Blomquist family, C/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. At Pam's request a private service has been held.
