SHANNAHAN, Oonah Fay:
Peacefully, with family by her side, on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 in Christchurch, aged 101 years. NZ Silver Fern #8. Beloved wife of the late Francis (John). Dearly loved mother and mentor of Stephen (dec) and Louise. Loved and adored grandmother of Gregory and Patrick. Great-grandmother of her darling Jahneika. Daughter of the late Fred and Margaret Murray. Sister of Fred, Dermot, Mary and Julia (all deceased). A much loved Aunt, and a cherished friend to many. Messages may be addressed to the family of the late Oonah Shannahan, C/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. A private funeral has been held in accordance with Oonah's wishes.

At Christchurch on September 28, 2022. Dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Mary and Peter Murdoch. Much loved and respected Aunt of Simon and Pip, Tony and Liz, Tim, and Lesley. A loved great-aunt of Claire, David, Tom, Nick, Georgia, Katherine, Alex and Josh and their partners. A long life lived with family at the centre.
