Oliver BRINGANS Obituary

On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, Kelvyn passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by his loved ones, aged 71 years. Kelvyn was a gentle, warm, much loved and respected son of the late Oliver and Una Bringans, brother and brother-in-law of Raewyn and Brian Buckingham, uncle of Jontelle and Richard, Allan and Monique, and a great-uncle to Zac, and Lucas, nephew and cousin of the Bringans and Boag families. Dad of Lisa, Al, Nick, and Tracey, much cherished Grandad of Mia, and Nate. Partner and much loved friend of Deirdre Curd and family, Marissa and John, Rebecca and Brad, and Stephanie and James. Great "Toast making Poppa" of Peter, Scott, Evelyn, Ben, Harper, Arabella, Alessandra, Amaria and Timothy. Respected friend of the late Arthur and Joan Maude, Dr Kate Richardson and Doug Williamson, Rose and Bruce Leonard, Trish and Omar Palov, and their families, Sandra and the late Rupert, Kyung Hee, and the late Lindsay Curd, and families.
