Norman LARGE Obituary
Reg No 43931 ASR. Medic. Catalina. RNZAF WWII. Formerly of Lyttelton. Unexpectedly and peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on June 12, 2015, surrounded by family. In his 91st year. A greatly loved husband of Margaret for almost 65 years, much loved father and father-in-law of Heather and David, Kevin and Barbara, Lorraine and Julie. Loved and admired Grandfather 'Norm' to Robyn, Steven and Mel, Chris and Hannah, Dylan and Jeremy, Matthew, Blake and Jax, Susan and Rob, Rachel and Jeffrey, and Claire and Selwyn. Great 'Norm' to Tane, Breanna, Tyenan, Will, Jack, Isabella, Charlotte, Danielle, Natasha, Sean and Eloise. Norm is going to be greatly missed by all of us, he has been a central figure in all of our lives.

Messages to the Large family c/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. In lieu of flowers, donations to St Johns Ambulance, Lyttelton Branch, would be appreciated and can be made at the Service. A service to celebrate Norm's life will be held at the Canterbury Crematorium Chapel, 455 Linwood Ave, Tomorrow (Wednesday), at 2.00pm.

I didn't get a chance to spend much time with you Norm, but from the time I did spend with you, I knew you as a genuine, caring man with much love and wisdom to share with this world. You have raised a loving, wonderful family that I am now proud to be a part of. May you now rest in Peace. My love to Margaret and the Large family. xxx Jeremy.
