My thoughts and prayers to Nola and family.
Norm was a great man and a great sportsman.

I had the privilege to play rugby with Norm at Old Boys in the 1968 Galbraith Shield team and he was the flyhalf who drove us around the paddock. A fun person off the sports field.

Also a wonderful neighbour with Nola at our respective holiday homes in Arrowtown during the 1970's. Good times.

A gentle but erudite man I worked with in South British insurance and a friend of my brother Russell in the famous old boys win in the 1968 Galbraith shield final.

Norman Cuff, affectionately known as good-fellow Norm to many at Old Boys Rugby Club was one of natures gentlemen. A great sportsman, leader and inspiration to all. You will be sadly missed but fond memories of you will never fade.

My deepest sympathy to the Cuff family, Norm and I played rugby together back in the 1950's and I had enormous respect for his ability as a rugby player and him as a person, we crossed paths from time to time, but nearly enough.
Your loss will be felt also by so many.

Please accept our sincere sympathy. I was saddened to read of Norm's passing. We worked together at South British Insurance Gore in the late 60s and Norman explained the rudiments of cricket to me - he a lover of the sport - me a teenager totally ignorant of what cricket was all about !! Since then I have LOVED cricket and remember with affection Norm's explanations. We caught up some years ago when I helped organize a staff reunion of the Southland SBI. He was always such fun.
With much love
