Passed away peacefully at Aberleigh Rest Home, Blenheim, on Friday, February 13, 2015. Aged 93 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Norm Harris and the late Ron Doggett. Loved and special Mum to Dale and Heather, loved and respected mother-in-law to Raewyn Harris and Errol Morrison. Very much loved Grandma to Chris and the late Robin; Lauree and Tineka. Great Grandma June to Annalyse, Gideon and Jasper Welford, Hayley, Zara and Jadey Jopson, Katie, Lexi and Max Harris. Treasured and loved step-Ma to John and Lynnette Doggett (Timaru), Helen and Bryce Hawkey (Wellington), and Marion and Roland Vercoe (Blenheim). Loved Grandma to Glen, Jane, Sarah and Marie Doggett, Lyndal and Aaron Parker, Philip and Ross Hawkey, Gregory, Fiona, Kelvin and Natasha Vercoe, and their families. A celebration of June's life will be held at St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Henry Street, Blenheim, at 1.00pm on Wednesday, February 18, followed by private cremation at the Sowman Crematorium.
