Died peacefully on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, aged 88 years. Beloved husband of Catherine (née Cairney), and much-loved father of Annie, Peter, Michael, and Andrew; father-in-law of Nicola and Jacqueline; brother of the late Beryl Sneddon; treasured grandfather of Ayesha, Naomi, Natasha, Thomas, and Lucy; and great-grandfather of Isobella and Elliot.
