Noel RAXWORTHY Obituary

On Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Christchurch, aged 83 years. Beloved husband and soulmate of Dorothy (Dot) for 47 happy years. Loved father of Jason and Brenda, father-in-law of Kevin Atkins. Loved stepfather of Allan, Jeff, Stu Green and partners and loved by all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Messages to the Raxworthy, Green family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. Grateful thanks to all the devoted and loving carers that Noel has had over the years. A memorial service will be held at a date to be advised.

For Dorothy and the extended family,
Noel was a friendly fellow and we had plenty of laughs, especially when we were pruning the roses at your Belfast home. On the earlier parts of Noel´s time at Avonlea we generally had talks about old times. Noel was candid about the highs and lows of his early working days and I had a few magazines which he liked.

Passed away October 16, 2024. Loved youngest son of Elsie and Bill. Loved brother of Jim, Ruth, Redvers, Arthur and Doris (all deceased). Loved Uncle of all his nieces and nephews. Much loved Uncle Noel of Gail.
