Nicholas Logan (Nick):
On November 29, 2019, suddenly at home, aged 32 years. Adored son of Claire Phillips and Logan Buchanan, loved step-son of Greg, and Sharon, best mate and cherished brother of Sam, amazing Dad of Fergus, and Willow, much loved grandson of Jack and Annette Phillips, and the late Bill and Shirley Buchanan. Forever loved by his former partners, Maddie, and Hayley, treasured uncle of William, Riley, and Elijah, and loved by his extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canterbury Men's Centre would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A Service to farewell Nick will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside on Thursday, December 5, at 2.00pm. Private cremation thereafter.

He was my uncle, we had so much good memories

Hey Nick, it´s Kaiah. I still really miss you and you always cross my mind, me and gussy really wish you were still here, you were the hardest to say goodbye too, it´s been 5 years and thinking of you still makes me cry. 5 birthdays without giving you a call to say Happy birthday instead I say Happy birthday to the sky, you were so goofy and i remember you being pretty annoying but in a good way, in a way i think about it now it´s funny, you always found a way to wind little Kaiah up. I miss you loads Nick.

No words can express the sadness we are feeling. I remember the day you were born still and your rosy red chubby cheeks and what a wee cutie you and also Sam were and it seems just like yesterday now that I was babysitting the two you. Nick you grew up into a fine man. We were all so proud of you. Such an amazing Dad. Wish you didn't have to go so soon. Fly high Nick. Love you, Bunty and Warren. RIP
