Neville TRUEMAN Obituary

Neville's family wants to let everyone know that we had to say goodbye to Nev on Monday, June 2, 2025, after a short but valiant fight, in his 92nd year. Nev was fiercely proud of the family he and his precious wife Maureen created. He is loved and very missed by Claire and Tony Corbett, Kaye and Mark Kennedy, Suzy and Paul de Lautour, and his grandchildren Abbey and Flo, Jared and Nathan, Chelsea and Sean, and angel Bethany; Gemma and Ben, Livvie and James; Dru and Marissa, and Shyla. He absolutely adored his great-grandchildren Natalie, and Harriet Schmidt, and Mila, and Louie Rushton. Messages to the Trueman family, PO Box 472, Ashburton 7740. We would like to acknowledge Dr Janine Lander who guided us in Dad's final days and the wonderful staff in AAU and Ward 1 who cared for him so compassionately. We also thank the staff who meant so much to Dad at Radius Millstream. Respectfully we decline any floral tributes but welcome any donations to St John - Hato Hone and these may be left at the service. Nev's farewell will be held in Our Chapel, cnr East & Cox Streets, Ashburton, on Saturday, June 7, commencing at 1.00pm. All welcome to come and share a celebration of his long life.
