Roger Dennison Obituary

(Yuhl) Roger Dennison, Jr., 65, of Chesapeake Beach, MD, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025 in Anne Arundel Medical Center, where he sadly, but very bravely, lost his battle to a terminal lung disease. Roger was born in Annapolis, MD, on August 3, 1960, to the late Delia (Waldron) Dennison and the late Yuhl Roger Dennison, Sr. He is also preceeded in death by his maternal Grandparents, John D. and Ida M. Waldron, his sister, Patricia M. (Dennison) True, and his Granddaughter, Leah M. Foster. He is survived by his wife of more than 35 years, Tina M. (Shartzer) Dennison, his son, James P. Foster, Jr., Grandsons James P. Foster III and Jace R. Foster of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Diego L. Foster and Cash M. Foster of Ocean City, MD. , and Great-Granddaughter London Kole Hopkins of Huntingtown, MD. He is also survived by Siblings Donna L. Rigby (Ed) of Ferndale, MD, Anthony T. Dennison (Sandy) of Salem, Alabama and John W. Dennison (Linda) of Eldersburg, MD. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins, other family members, and many friends. Services will be held at Saint Anthony's Catholic Church located in North Beach, MD on Friday, October 24, at 11:00 a.m. Repast will take place in the adjoining hall immediately follow the Services.

Went to Southern High School with Roger. Good friend. Haven't seen him in a long time. My condolences to his family!

Used to pick Roger up in the morning on our way to Southern High school. Been friends since I was 15. Playing pool, softball, or just cruisin'. Always a fun time. I'll remember him as my buddy.
