Neil SHASKEY Obituary

On December 18, 2023, died peacefully at home with Ruth by his side, aged 67 years. Dearly loved husband of Ruth, much loved father and father-in-law of Susan and Joseph, Andrew (deceased), Rebecca, and Scott and Nikki, adored granddad of Hayley, Lucy, and Theo, loved son of Ivan, and Joyce, special brother of Bruce, Alan, Garry, and Lynne-Marie, loved by all the members of his extended family and the many children fostered by Neil and Ruth over the years. The family wish to sincerely thank all those who have loved, supported and prayed for Neil over the past three years. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Neil Shaskey, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. The Service to celebrate Neil's life will be held in the Rangiora Baptist Church, 111 East Belt, Rangiora, Tomorrow (Thursday), at 10.30am, private cremation thereafter.

So very sorry to have not been able to attend Neils funeral as had a prior commitment, but wanted to say Ruth, you are very much in our thoughts. Neil was such an amazing man of God and had such an incredible gift with children.
