Neil MCKEEGAN Obituary
Died unexpectedly on Friday, September 25, 2020, aged 63 years, doing what he loved, biking. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Margot, proud and much loved Dad to Sarah, and Michael, loved son of the late Bill and Pamela McKeegan, treasured brother and special friend of Vikki McKeegan, son-in-law of Doug and Jane Ferguson, sadly missed brother-in-law of Penny and Blake, and Dougal and Kirsten, amazing uncle and family member. A fellow mentor, teacher, friend to many.
Neil, you are so very loved and missed even more.

Lovely send off yesterday, Neil would have loved it. And such strength of character shown by Margot, Sarah and Michael at such a tough time. I had many great paddling tips and trips with Neil Neil Orange Peel. Very sad to see him pass so early.

Our heart felt condolences go out to you all of the family and friends, Neil was a neat guy to be around. My contact with Neil now less fequently than during our kayak lives, I hold very fond and quality memories of Neil during the meet ups and at events and river locations with the usual crowd of water folk. Composed, Genuine and a Gentleman is how I like to remember Neil. Farewell Friend
