DOUBLE, Murray James:
On Tuesday, July 19, 2022, as a result of an accident, at Deborah Bay, Port Chalmers; aged 68 years. Dearly loved husband of Antje van der Linden, much loved father and father-in-law of Thomas and Jessica, loved son of the late Jean and Thomas, loved brother of Allan, Wallace, Thomas, and the late John, loved brother-in-law of Hans, George, and the late Hank van der Linden, and a loved uncle of his nephews and nieces. A service for Murray will be held in Campbell and Sons Chapel, 95 Gordon Road, Mosgiel, on Wednesday, July 27 at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation. The service will be available to view via live-stream at www.campbellandsons.co.nz/live-stream Messages to the Double family, C/- PO Box 183, Mosgiel 9053.

My dad was Morris Double and I have copies of the information Murray sent to dad about the Double family many years ago. A friend has just messaged me wondering if he was related. My sincere sympathy to all of you in this tragic situation...there are no real words of comfort when you have lost a special family member but my thoughts are with you!
