Murray BEYNON Obituary

Peacefully at Hospice South Canterbury, Timaru, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026; aged 81. Beloved partner of the late Adrienne. Much loved and special father and father-in-law of Andrew and Raelene, Nicola and John, Lisa and Michael, Tina and Brad, Aaron, and Cam Tu. Cherished Muzz of Damian, Kasie; Cameron, Holly; Jamahl, Kayla, Joel; Maiana, and their partners. Adored Muzz of his 5 great-grandchildren. Best mate of Neville, and his loyal dog Rosie. Cherished long time friend of Shirley. Son of the late Mabel and Jim. A Service to celebrate Murray's life will be held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru, on Monday, April 13 at 12.30pm. A livestream of the service is available, please email [email protected] or call 03 6862148. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice South Canterbury would be much appreciated and can be left at the service. Messages to: 3 Fisher Place, Gleniti, Timaru 7942.

My condolences to Murray's family. I will remember him as a very interesting man a top bloke who was very proud of his building work and the houses he built in Point.
I enjoyed his stories he would tell ove a cold one.
RIP Muzz hope you have found your dance partner. and again tripping the light fantastic.

I really enjoyed his company & sitting down at the end of the day with a cold one listening to his stories.
