Peacefully on August 7, 2022 in Christchurch, aged 75 years. Distinguished and respected broadcaster and writer. Beloved wife of the late John Blumsky, loved partner of the late James K Baxter. Treasured family member and friend to many. Dear friend of Celine, Paul, Kerry and family. Private service to be held.

So sorry to be so far out of touch that I had not realised Judy/ Mike has passed away. So sad to see she has passed. We had a grandmother in common, were cousins and would love to reconnect with her family if you see this. Google will find me.

RIP Mike.
You can all probably imagine my surprise when boarding a plane from CHC to AKL decades ago during a trip home, and introducing myself to the lady sitting next to me.... "Hello, I´m Mike Minehan" I said. And quick as a flash she replied "That´s my name too!"
Our paths never crossed again as I live in Berlin, but as I read this here I simply had to register.
