Mick BENNETT Obituary
Passed away at Christchurch Hospital, on Friday, May 26, 2023, aged 72 years. Loved husband of Daphne for 50 years, loved father and father-in-law of Mike and Paula, Nicola and Ross, Grandad Mick of Mya, and Pieta. Brother and brother-in-law of Ashley (deceased), Nola and the late Ron, Nova and Ray (both deceased), Lyn (deceased) and Martin, Marguerite and Daryl, Trisha and Robyn, Yvonne and the late Lawrence, and much loved uncle. Special thanks to the paramedics and team at I.C.U for their care and compassion. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Mick Bennett, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be made online at stjohn.org.nz. A Celebration of Mick's life will be held in the Weedon's Country Club, McClelland Road, on Wednesday, May 31, at 2.30pm.
