On Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at Nurse Maude Hospice, aged 46 years. Dearly loved Mum of Luca, loving daughter, sister, and aunt, and special friend. Special thanks to all the staff at Nurse Maude and Hospice for your wonderful care. At Michelle's request a private cremation has been held.
