Michael WITTEMAN Obituary

On Friday, April 19, 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by family. Loved husband of Alana, loved father, father-in-law and best friend of Stephen and Alicia, Robert and Kerryn, adored grandad of Jazmyne and Baxter; Layla and Lorenzo. Loved son, brother, and friend to many. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Michael Witteman, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A funeral service to celebrate Michael's life will be held in our Rangiora Chapel, Wai-mana, 92 Kippenberger Avenue, Rangiora, on Wednesday, April 24, at 2.30pm, private cremation thereafter.

Only the greatest go upstairs too soon. Mike was an amazing husband to Alana, loved his family and friends. So sorry Alana you lost such a beautiful soulmate. Mikes angel wings will hug you forever xx

After 10 years knowing him Mike was like a father figure and a friend to me at the same time. Never knew his middle name was Cornelius, that would've made some good banter!
