Michael TAIT Obituary

TAIT, Michael James
William (Mike):
With his mum Rose by his side, Mike slipped peacefully away at Christchurch Hospital on Saturday, May 5, 2018. A long time sufferer at rest aged only 43 years. Dearly loved and loving Dad of Letecia and "Dad" to Tim (and Nifty his dog and Grubby his cat). Loyal and loving son of Rose and Jim Tait and brother and brother-in-law of Peter and Amber and of David and Emily. Loved and respected by all of his uncles, aunties, cousins and his nephew, Raven and his few good friends. At Mike's request, a private service has been held and his ashes scattered at sea. We wish to thank the surgeons and the nursing staff at ICU and Wards 10 and 12 at Christchurch Hospital for their tireless efforts to try to save Mike. Those wishing to pass on their messages of condolence may do so on the Facebook page: Michael JW Tait Tribute Page.

To Jim & Rose my thoughts are with you at this sad time. We lost our 40 year old son Paul at the end of April. Paul courageously battled Melanoma for 7 months. We know how you must be feeling.
