Michael Grant Gillespie:
After a mighty battle, Michael Grant Gillespie Ryan passed away in the adoring arms of his children. One amazing father to Craig, Paula, Scott and father-in-law to Cherie and Jose. Treasured husband of Janette (deceased), much loved inherited Dad to Mandy, partner Bruce and Grandad Mikey to Joshua and George. Awesome Poppa Bear of Grace and Colby, Julian and Lila. Former husband of Heather Jackson (previously Ryan, nee Walker). In lieu of flowers a donation to Hospice Taranaki may be sent to PO Box 5122, New Plymouth. Messages c/- Vospers Funeral Home, 257 Devon Street East, New Plymouth. The service is to be held at Vospers Chapel, 257 Devon Street East, New Plymouth, on Monday, August 8, at 11.00am. Private cremation.

Hi Paula, Craig and Scott... just seen this notice!! Hope Monday was just the most special farewell for your Dad. Thinking of you all in the days and weeks ahead. With many thanks for ALL the support Mike, (and Heather!), have given our family over many years. GodBless.

Thinking of You All
Mike was such a amazing man he gave me so much strength and knowledge and was always there when needed and times were tough for me and my family I will never forget what hes done.Im sure Dad will be waiting for you Mike with a whisky in hand.
