On September 25, 2018, passed away after a determined battle surrounded by family, aged 62 years. Extremely loved father, brother, grandad, uncle and friend. A Celebration of Mike's life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, Christchurch, on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at 1.00pm.
