KAUI, Michael Tuhorouta
Te Whanau Kapania:
(Reg. No. 820655, Private, 1st Battalion, K-Force, Korea, Malaya) On February 15, 2022, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and close friends at home in Christchurch, aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Helen, loved father and father-in-law of Michael (Shane) and Maria, Mahina-Ina and Lavinia Kingi-Kaui, and Maku, treasured Grandad of Brozlyn, Reuben, and Peita. Many thanks to those who assisted dad on his journey with kaimoana, waiata and aroha. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Michael Kaui, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private service will be held with invitations personally extended by the family.

I am ex army lived in christchurch same time as Mike left there 20002 now at home in TeAwamutu
there were quite a few of us i am sure you would know them all though a lot of us in that of that time has passed on although (Hapi October still lives in Kaiapoi)
