Mike was a colourful vet and a good man. We are very sad to hear of his passing. He brought so much happiness to so many people through his wise profession.

Sorry to hear about Mike's passing. He was a kind and understanding man. Going to the vet was not a problem for my dogs. Amy, Tom and Della all liked and trusted him. So did I.

The Mike Bell I saw at Nelson was just as I remember him at University in Queensland - going about life at a hectic pace, involved in many things going on, invariably organising them. Without Mike, the vet science course would have been a lot less memorable. Here was someone who was not straight out of school. Mike was one of those characters you never forget. May he rest in peace.

Tink, sorry I could not get there today, to say goodbye - we have known 65 years of fun, starting way back at party central in Holmwood Road. You were inventive, original, inclusive and occasionally, outrageous in the ways you enjoyed life. Inventive and original because you tried things that were often unique, and inclusive because you shared the fun with as many mates as you could. Outrageous of course, speaks for itself. Its been a wonderful and entertaining journey. You will be missed. Rest in peace.
Cheers
