Passed away peacefully at Elmswood Care Centre, on Sunday, April 12, 2026, aged 90 years. Much loved wife of Pat (deceased), loved mother and mother-in-law of Chris and Heather, and Liz (deceased), treasured Nana of Emma and Kyle, and Hannah. Special thanks for the compassionate care received by Melva from the Elmswood Care Centre. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Melva Doherty, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. At Melva's request, a private family gathering has taken place.
