Melva BATEMAN Obituary

(Late of Runanga) Passed away peacefully at Te Nikau Public Hospital, Greymouth, on April 13, 2024 with her loving husband Geoff
by her side. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Phillip and Jane Kirk (Auckland). Much loved sister-in-law of Maureen Hickling, Heather White and Pam Brooks (all of Christchurch). In her 79th year. Messages to: 4/3 McGowan Street, Runanga 7803. Many thanks to Dr McWhirter and Granger House Nursing staff for their wonderful care. A very special thank you to Peter and Katherine and whanau, Valerie Kahui and Ricky Franklin and whanau. A special mention to Graham Smith Greymouth DC.

Very sad to hear the passing of Melva. A lovely lady who we had plenty of laughs when Melva and Geoff stayed with us in Christchurch.
