Maxwell George (Max):
On May 7, 2016, peacefully at Rosebank Hospital, Ashburton, aged 86 years. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Anita and the late Ron Collins, Kath and John Sutherland, and the late Elaine and Wally and Peter, and the late Keith and Prue and Esme. Treasured uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A good friend to many. Special thanks to the staff of Rosebank Hospital for their care of Max. Messages to the Fitzgerald family, PO Box 472, Ashburton. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service. A service to celebrate Max's life will be held at the Ashburton Club and MSA,
Havelock Street, Ashburton,
on Thursday, May 12, commencing at 1.30pm, followed by private cremation at Ashburton Crematorium.
