Mavis MOORE Obituary
Peacefully at Rosewood Rest Home on October 30, 2022 aged 89 years. Beloved daughter of the late Arthur (Scorch) and Mary Wilson. Much loved wife of the late Alec; mother and mother-in-law of Peter and Glenys, Elizabeth (deceased), Grant and Karen; grandmother of Tina and Rebecca; and great-grandmother of Sam and Makayla. Dearly loved sister of Ruth and Kevin (both deceased), Kay and the late Ian Drabble (Sydney), Gail and the late John Smith (Perth) and all her nieces and nephews. A private cremation has been held in accordance with Mavis's wishes.

Sincere condolences to Peter & Grant and families. So sorry to hear Mavis passed away. Have very fond memories from the '60's & '70's when the Central Rugby Club and the New Brighton Rigby Club got together for their Annual JAB Rugby Matches in Blenheim or Christchurch. Longtime friendships were made and kept with family visits over the years. Much love from Shirley and Helen on behalf of the Woodham Family.
