Maurice Edward:
(ONZM, Distinguished Fellow NZIA) Maurice passed away peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice, on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, in his 90th year. Loved son of the late Doris and Ernest Mahoney, and brother of the late Norman. Dearly loved and devoted husband of Margaret, much loved and treasured father, father-in-law, and friend of Sarah and Graeme, Jane and Jo, Nigel and Jen, Emma and Bernice, loved grandfather, and great-grandfather of Katie and Rupert; Sophie, Florence and Oscar; Hannah and Perry; Eliza, Chester and Alex; Angus and Connor. Friend of those who shared the parenting of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren Derek, Peter, Doon and Hayden. Our grateful thanks to the staff of Christchurch Hospital, and the caring staff of Nurse Maude Hospice. A Service to celebrate Maurice's life will be held in St Barnabas Anglican Church, corner Tui Street and Fendalton Road, Fendalton, on Tuesday, November 6, at 1.30pm. Private cremation thereafter.
