It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mattie, at home on Sunday, February 9, 2025, aged 90 years. Beloved husband of Robyn (Harrow), father of Mark, and Adam, and former husband of Mary. Dearly loved brother of Johnny (dec), Oliver, Carmel, Speedy (dec), Barney, Noel, Margie, and Betty, and cherished uncle of all his Irish and English nephews and nieces. Much loved brother-in-law and uncle of all his New Zealand and Canadian families. Will be sadly missed by his large circle of friends.
Mattie was taken from us far too soon and will leave a gaping hole in all of our hearts.
Messages may be sent to 36 Maude Street, Temuka 7920. At Mattie's request, a private cremation has been held. A day of remembrance for Mattie will follow.
