Mary SLIGO Obituary

Died peacefully at home after a struggle with cancer on December 23, 2024. She died holding her children's hands, Siobhan and Terence. Dearly loved Granny Lou to George, and Cillian; mum in law to Greg, and Charlotte, and big sister to Barbara, Greg, Frank, Helen, and Christine. Mum will be deeply missed for her intelligence, compassion and zest for life. She greatly appreciated the care provided by the Hospice Whanganui. Louise has been privately cremated, and a service to celebrate her life will be held at Club Metro, Whanganui, at 2.00pm, Sunday, January 5.
