Mary LESTER Obituary
Mary passed away peacefully at Birchleigh Rest Home, Mosgiel on May 16, 2025, aged 80, after putting up a strong battle against cancer. Mother of Paul and Mark, mother-in-law of Barbara and Denise. Grandma of Noah, Erin, Ryan and Ashley, Shaun, Richard. Great-Grandma of Oliver, Eli, Indie, and Olivia. Sister and sister-in-law of John and Elaine, Peter and Kathleen.
She will be dearly missed and we will never forget the love she brought to our lives.
A service celebrating Mary's life will be held in St Lukes Church, 67 Gordon Road, Mosgiel, at 2.00pm on Thursday, May 22.

I was very sorry to read of Mary `s passing . As a Girl Guide from Feilding we came to Christchurch in 1956 and I was billeted with the Coursey family in Huntsbury Hill . Mary and I kept in contact all those years later Mary Hodge nee Hall.
