Mary HARDING Obituary

HARDING, Mary Elizabeth:
Died peacefully at home on Thursday, January 12, 2022, in her 94th year. Dearly loved wife of Patrick "Paddy" (deceased), much loved mother and mother-in-law of Jeremy and Imogen, Philip and Kay, Edwina and Ian (deceased), and Emma and Ian; adored grandmother of Cressida, Court, Antigone, James, Luke, Anna, Te Huia, George, and Claudia; great-grandmother of James, Isaac, Holly, Jack, and Amelia; loved sister of Len, Wal, Dick, and Jim (all deceased). We couldn't have kept Mum at home with us without Robyn Georgieff, who has led the care team since 2020 with loving attention to every single detail that mattered. We also particularly want to thank Dr William Gordon-Wright for his considerate and attentive care. Many thanks also to the kind and wise carers who supported us towards the end. A Funeral Service for Mary will be held in St Michael and All Angels Church, 86 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, on Monday, January 17, at 10.30 am. A vaccine pass is needed for entry.
