Mary Helene (nee Hoyte):
Passed away peacefully at Elmswood Retirement Village Hospital on June 8, 2022, aged 92 years. Dearly loved mother of Chris, Helene and James, mother-in-law to Julie, Peter and Carolyn, and cherished grandma of Joshua, Elijah, Grace, Lydia, William, Ben and Ruby. Wife of the late William. Much loved sister of Rupert, John and Elizabeth and the late Rob and Eric.
Forever remembered and
in our hearts, now in
God's hands.
We also thank special friends for the love and support over the years. Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation goes to Val, Von, Robin and all the other staff of Elmswood Retirement Village Hospital for their exceptional care and support of Mary. Messages may be addressed to 'The Broughton Family', c/- 19 London Street, Richmond, Christchurch 8013. A small private graveside funeral service will be held. James, Carolyn and family are unable to travel to New Zealand at this time (due to COVID) so a Memorial Service celebrating Mary's life will be held at Trinity Church Darfield on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 10.00am, followed by morning tea where all are welcome.
