I was so sorry to hear about Marty´s passing. He was such a lovely man. We worked together at Chargeurs Wool many years ago, and I´ll always remember how kind and patient he was with me as I was learning the ropes. My heartfelt condolences to his family and all who knew and loved him.

Dearest Marilyn and family, I just heard this sad news today. Martin and I worked together for many years and I always appreciated his knowledge, kindness and humour. What a great person to know and work with.
I loved that he loved cars and he often talked about his weekly practise of watching motorsport on TV.
Let's not forget the wine collection... connoisseur!
You will be incredibly missed and are irreplaceable, Martin.
My condolences and virtual hugs to you Marilyn.
Martin was a pleasure to know and work with.
Blessings to you my dear.

Deepest condolences to Marilyn and her family. I had the great pleasure of knowing Martin through work. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word to say. I always enjoyed our chats and banter, we both had a fondness for cars and he was so happy with his recent purchase and so so proud to show me his heated leather seats. We both did the Oxford / Darfield route and shared the same car, I used to wind Martin up about not keeping the car as clean as me, but of course he did. I will miss you , and it was my honour to have known you. Your mate Nige
