HANSFORD, Martin John:
Passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at WindsorCare. Dearly loved husband of Heather. Step-father of Jason Hansen, brother of the late Jim and loved Uncle of Phillip and Stephen Hansford. Messages to the Hansford Family, C/- PO Box 31300, Christchurch 8444. A service for family and close friends will be held at the Canterbury Crematorium Chapel, corner of Keighleys Rd and Linwood Ave, on Wednesday, May 4 at 11.00am.

A bowler who will never be forgotten. We had many competitive games of bowls, more especially indoor "big bowls" at Papanui. Marty and I had many games together where it was either Marty or Me. He was not one to be shy of outdoing his opponent.
