A loyal, reliable friend. I remember him whenever I hear Billy Joel and the Piano Man. In the early days Martin would play in the bars and the patrons would supply him with his beers.

Condolences to Sharon and family. I first met Martin at Stringers Bridge, Christmas 1963 when he was a nipper (and I wasn't much older). Martin was at my 21st and a little later at my wedding party.

So sad to hear of Martys passing, his humor and ability to honky tonk a piano at band socials until they fly to pieces is one of the many memories I have of him, such a gift and a kind fun man, you will be missed .
