Mark STEELE Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at Nurse Maude Hospice; aged 60 years. Dearly loved husband and soulmate of Jill for 39 years, adored father of Jasmine and Joel, Samuel and Hang, Caleb and Nina, Joshua and Mark. Treasured Grandad of Frankie, Willem and Lola, Maddison and Jordyn, adopted Grandad of Kale, Cade, and Sienna. Dearly loved son of John and Julia, and brother of Susan and Chris, Tracey and David, and families. Dearly loved son-in-law of Graeme and Sylvia Vickers, and beloved brother-in-law of Kathryn and Leona, Rodger and Shirley, Tonya and Grant, Viv and Tonto, and families. Thanks to all the staff at CDHB Haematology Dept and MDU and Nurse Maude Hospice who have given Mark loving care over many years. Mark was Chaplain at PMH and Burwood in the Stroke and Brain Injury wards and at Musgroves.
He has fought the good fight, he has finished the race,
he has kept the faith.

Messages for Mark's family may be posted to the Steele family, c/- Canterbury Christian Funeral Services, PO Box 31300, Ilam, Christchurch 8444. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nurse Maude Hospice would be appreciated and can be made at the service. The service to celebrate Mark's life will be held in the La Vida Centre, 34A Hansons Lane, Christchurch, Tomorrow (Saturday)
at 1.00pm.

Mark was such an amazing man and he had a massive impact on us all at Lincoln Coffee Culture, coming in each week to have his trim Latte. We will miss Mark and his smiling face, lovely chats of how proud Mark is of his family, lovely holidays and anything else happening in life. Our thoughts are with you Jill and family. X
