BUTTERICK, Mark Thomas:
Pat, David, Jane, Sandy and their families, would like to thank everyone for the love and support given to us in the recent loss of our dearly loved husband, father and grandfather. For the cards, flowers, phone calls, baking, meals and visits, and for those who travelled to attend the service for Mark, our sincere thanks.
